Johnson J12 Foot Control System (Opelousas, LA in Lafayette, LA

I got this J12 Foot Control System recently - (see pic below), but did not get the cable with it, so I don't know if it works - and to make it more complicated, according to the User's Guide (see link below), this foot controller only works with the Johnson Amplification JM 150 and 250, the Digitech 2112 SGS, GSP-2101, Valve FX or Legend II.
